Update: Tim did my annual HVAC maintenance and was very friendly. Performed the routine inspection and finished in a timely manner. Would recommend.I had very positive interactions with the technicians that visited my home. Initially I had a plumber come out to check a leak, when it was determined that the plumbing wasn't an issue he was very helpful in helping me schedule an HVAC appointment.
