Our technician for AC check-up, Timothy, was excellent. We had a deficient component that needed replacing (due to standard wear) and he expertly explained the importance of this part and what it does in layman’s terms. He was very personable and friendly- we would have him or any of the Aquarius Home Services staff out for future check-ups and repairs.

Nick was very thorough in his inspection and we appreciated his knowledge and expertise.David, Jon, Matt, Paul and Mao did a fantastic job with our furnace and AC installation. They were efficient, thorough and personable.Ethan did our AC checkup and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. Very happy with all of the services we've gotten.

Arrived earlier than estimated time which was awesome. Mike was professional and took his time verifying the issue. Once the issue was resolved verified the rest of the A/C system was working properly as well. Took the time to explain come issues with the system and what I can do as a homeowner to help maintain it.

Sam did a great job of communicating his arrival and meeting that time. He used his mat and shoe guards. Worked very efficiently and explained his work that he was to perform. Kept the work area very organized and clean. Upon completion he explained in detail all his work. Sam is very easy to talk with and very knowledgeable about his profession.

Did a very good job getting my AC unit back up and running very friendly and found other things and brought it to my attention and got it fixed before something else breaks great work very happy!!!

Brad and his crew arrived at the time stated. Brad explained the what they would be doing for the installation of furnace/heat pump. The work was completed in time frame Brad stated it would take. The workers ran a system test to verify units were installed properly and working. Brad explained/showed me what they did and how the units work. Showed how to use the app on my phone.
