Guys came to our house in a snowstorm when I wondered if they could make it. Both were very friendly, respectful of us and our things. Installation was pretty quick, very neat and professional. Explained the system well. We will use them again for whatever they can help us with!

We had a furnace installed by another company. They were out of the area and would not come to service the unit when it quit working. This was 3 months after it was installed in a new home. We called Aquarius and they sent Lucas out ASAP. Lucas was very diligent in diagnosing the issue and ordered a replacement part immediately. He also dropped off a couple of space heaters to make sure we had heat in case of an emergency (March in MN). We’re very happy with Aquarius and very grateful we have Lucas as our technician.
