We had a deficient component that needed replacing (due to standard wear) and he expertly explained the importance of this part and what it does in layman’s terms. Arrived earlier than estimated time which was awesome. Mike was professional and took his time verifying the issue. Once the issue was resolved verified the rest of the A/C system was working properly as well. Took the time to explain come issues with the system and what I can do as a homeowner to help maintain it.

Brad and his crew arrived at the time stated. Brad explained the what they would be doing for the installation of furnace/heat pump. The work was completed in time frame Brad stated it would take. The workers ran a system test to verify units were installed properly and working. Brad explained/showed me what they did and how the units work. Showed how to use the app on my phone.

My HVAC full system peak performance check with Marcus M. went great. Marcus was very through and helped explain everything he was doing and made it easy to understand every step of the way. He repaired or cleaned up items found on check relating to my furnace making sure it will be ready for the upcoming season and gave me items to look at in future regarding AC. We had the Aquarius technicians install a new furnace, air conditioner and air exchanger. Mick, Chris and the rest of the guys did an outstanding job. They were knowledgeable about HVACs and personable to talk to. They explained how the system works and gave a short tutorial on maintenance. They were hard workers arriving at the expected time. We were very pleased with their work. 5 stars for sure.
