I called several plumbers and Aquarius was the only one who squeezed me in at the end of a day before a holiday weekend. Stephen came and looked over the multiple issues I had and walked me through the different options of repairing or replacing. Within an hour, my problem was fixed. Awesome chaps! Sean was very informative and detailed. I like to do things myself so he gave me all the info I need to do what I can myself. Sean never made it sound like I had to always have service do the work.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with service technician Jon Anderson a few times over the past few months. I was having a quirky & intermittent issue with my water softener. Jon was always thorough with his problem diagnosis, patient with my questions & generous with his time. He even provided his contact information in case I had an issue off-hours. Marcus was very professional and thorough while performing an inspection on my furnace. He suggested a few minor things that might be beneficial at this time. Also,my Lennox is 22 yr old so considering purchasing a new one. He was very knowledgeable & trustworthy.
Great service with ensuring the water quality is good and informed of what needs to be taken care of soon. And clarifying information I received wrong information from the first time the service guy explained. This would have helped me better monitoring and caring water softener device. Great work. I hope to have him come back for a follow-up work in a few weeks.
