Cody was at my home twice in 10 days. He methodically diagnosed the problem issue and explained everything to me. My system is 10 years old and I’ve never had an issue until now. Although it took a couple of weeks to get an appoint scheduled due to people being out of the office, once it was scheduled the service was great. The technician phoned ahead to give a specific arrival time, was punctual, was very thorough in his assessment of the problem, taking time to discuss the issue completely. He invited me to participate in the decision of what direction to go. Once that was done, he had all of the tools and equipment needed to make the system changes, and appeared very knowledgeable about what he was doing. I am extremely pleased with the quality of service.

We had a softener/filter put in by Kinetico and they did an amazing job. The basement is finished, so it was tricky getting access to the water main, but Brendon persisted and got the job done perfectly!This was after having Culligan out to install. Culligan couldn’t do it, Kinetico DID! I wish we would have had Kinetico out to begin with. Lesson learned.

We had a furnace installed by another company. They were out of the area and would not come to service the unit when it quit working. This was 3 months after it was installed in a new home. We called Aquarius and they sent Lucas out ASAP. Lucas was very diligent in diagnosing the issue and ordered a replacement part immediately. He also dropped off a couple of space heaters to make sure we had heat in case of an emergency (March in MN). We’re very happy with Aquarius and very grateful we have Lucas as our technician.
