Our technician for AC check-up, Timothy, was excellent. We had a deficient component that needed replacing (due to standard wear) and he expertly explained the importance of this part and what it does in layman’s terms. He was very personable and friendly- we would have him or any of the Aquarius Home Services staff out for future check-ups and repairs.
Nick was very thorough in his inspection and we appreciated his knowledge and expertise.David, Jon, Matt, Paul and Mao did a fantastic job with our furnace and AC installation. They were efficient, thorough and personable.Ethan did our AC checkup and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. Very happy with all of the services we've gotten.
Arrived earlier than estimated time which was awesome. Mike was professional and took his time verifying the issue. Once the issue was resolved verified the rest of the A/C system was working properly as well. Took the time to explain come issues with the system and what I can do as a homeowner to help maintain it.
Technician Tim Halverson was personable and knowledgeable. He clearly explained the process of tuning up my furnace and answered all of my questions completely. I use Aquarius for all of my HVAC, electrical and plumbing needs. Great company!

David was very thorough, informative, knowledgeable, quick to respond, and kind.I wasn't sure which HVAC company to call but very glad I called Aquarius and that David was our technician.
Brad and his crew arrived at the time stated. Brad explained the what they would be doing for the installation of furnace/heat pump. The work was completed in time frame Brad stated it would take. The workers ran a system test to verify units were installed properly and working. Brad explained/showed me what they did and how the units work. Showed how to use the app on my phone.

Mike did a great job. Explained everything that he did and what we had to do. We also found out that we were adding salt at the wrong time and what kind of problem that was causing.Give the poor man a raise. He listened to us babble on. Very nice person. You are lucky to have him.
My HVAC full system peak performance check with Marcus M. went great. Marcus was very through and helped explain everything he was doing and made it easy to understand every step of the way. He repaired or cleaned up items found on check relating to my furnace making sure it will be ready for the upcoming season and gave me items to look at in future regarding AC. I would 100% recommend Marcus and would hope to have him come for future maintenance needs.
Dave did a fabulous job helping me with installing a ceiling fixture in front hall and purchasing and installing a ceiling light fixture in laundry room. He was very professional, plus being friendly at the same time. Would call to use him in the future!!
I've had several interactions with Aquarius this year...HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical. In all cases, options where thoroughly explained, workmanship was excellent, workers were professional, and no surprises financially. I'd strongly recommend Aquarius for home service needs!
Shawn and Casey were very kind and informative. They were happy to show us how stuff worked and were able to present options while laying out pricing in timely manner. We chose to have Aquarius home service continue to maintenance our water treatment system.

We had the Aquarius technicians install a new furnace, air conditioner and air exchanger. Mick, Chris and the rest of the guys did an outstanding job. They were knowledgeable about HVACs and personable to talk to. They explained how the system works and gave a short tutorial on maintenance. They were hard workers arriving at the expected time. We were very pleased with their work. 5 stars for sure.
