Paul was earlier than expected and resolved our sub pump quickly and replaced it with a new one which he had in his truck. Very friendly and professional. Aquaious responded to our urgent need quickly and stayed in touch with us the whole time let us know his ETA. Would highly recommend Aqurious for all my soft wate and plumbing needs! Justin was scheduled to change our RO filters. He called ahead of time, arrived when expected. He was considerate, thorough, competent, and pleasant. He was everything customers look for in a service technician.
Nothing scarier than being woken up by carbon monoxide detectors going off on a very cold night at midnight. Kurt Mellow, the specialist we worked with was amazing. His communication on when he was arriving was great. His explanation of everything was on point. Did not feel like a sales rep. The install team also was great. Their communication about the appt and what was all involved was great. Matthew and I believe Jason, explained everything. And after it was all completed, you could not tell they were there. Everything was cleaned up and removed. Even the smallest amount of dust. Gone! Super glad we decided with Aquarius.
Cole was very friendly and knowledgeable! During his visit he made sure to explain everything he was doing to our water system and why. There’s no doubt Cole likes his job and it certainly shows through his customer service skills!
The reason for the call was a no water flow issue after we replaced our Kinetico K5 pre, post, and mineral filter cartridges. Kong arrived at the estimated time, was very polite and respectful. He had troubleshooting solved in just a few minutes (the 3rd party leak detector wasn’t resetting properly, blocking water flow to even get to the system). He pulled it apart and fixed it while explaining in detail how he came to the conclusion and how to manage with the issue should it occur in the future. Excellent knowledge, skill, and customer service! Couldn’t be happier! Thank you!
My A/C stopped working on one of the hottest day we have had this year. First, I am thankful the nice lady who answered the phone could get someone to me within 24 hours. Second, Jed J was our tech and he quick and efficient and very nice. I am so happy to be sitting in air conditioning again! Our experience was great! The technician Dirk is very knowledgeable and personable! We had a water software installed couple years ago and now we had the RO installed! Happy with the service!
David and all the other people we have dealt with from Aquarius have been professional and personable. We are on the verge of having Aquarius handle everything in our home that they are willing to. Mini split, water softener, and water filter so far. Air exchange and generator soon.
Great service! Asked how I would prefer the softener setup to look like and I said to do however they recommend it. The setup looked great and better than expected. The setup doesn't take up too much space and water valves are all easily accessible. I was provided with detailed explanations on everything and all of my questions were answered. It was a very friendly and professional service. A very positive experience and I already feel the difference in the water! It's great!

Justin was an excellent tech. He was on time, friendly, efficient, and paid attention to detail; our shut off valve was going bad, he noticed, and replaced the part before it became a problem. We would love to have him come every time!

Justin did a great job reviewing our water system, researching any issues and thoroughly explained both the problem and solution. He is definitely a true professional who was cordial and knowledgeable and would be thrilled if he was the service person who always worked on our water system.
My wife did this review and I’m going to as well. I must say that I gave my wife, the greenlight, however, I felt like I was in the dark and did a courtesy call to follow up. I’ll leave it simple as a general contractor I believe it’s important to really make sure you go above and beyond to making sure you’re completely satisfied. This was done by multiple employees. I will say the sales rep Brian is stellar to work with. He knows his stuff and he’s been doing it a long time. I highly recommend reaching out or requesting Brian. The technician Tom was phenomenal. Along with Mike Brown both had done a very thorough and complementary be back to go over the system so I understand it completely. The service manager Kyle also paid tribute, making sure that all my needs and questions were answered. I’ve learned a lot. This water is phenomenal, the system I can’t tell you from living in Maple Grove is much needed. Thank you again, I appreciate all the knowledge, respect and most importantly the integrity of this company Aquarius!!

Noah and Hanna were fantastic. Arrived on time and cleaned up afterwards. When I added the replacement of my charcoal filters Noah gave me the exact price so there weren’t any surprises before the work was done. Honest, friendly !Mark Hanson came out and did a water test. Mark tested everything, after finding out we have a 1/1000 well that is close to perfect. We do have some sediment deposits and with a filter system they could be elevated.He didn't try to sell us useless equipment or services. He was a true honest, not pushy down to earth person, not the annoying typically salesperson.I Highly recommend Mark and Aquarius.We did not buy anything from Aquarius(yet) but after our experience they would be my first call.David Emmer
