“Amazing service! My wife and I worked with Craig on a water conditioning system in our new home. He was professional, well-mannered and was quick to answer any questions or concerns. Unfortunately, not everything went smoothly during the install this past Saturday (4/15/17, the day before Easter Sunday). Our system was having issues and wasn’t working properly. It’s through these issues that a company has an opportunity to provide the service and support they sell you on. Immediately they sent out the emergency technician Eric, causing him to cancel current plans with family and make the drive completely across the Twin Cities on a Saturday night at 5 pm. Eric was very knowledgeable and got the issue taken care of instantly and completed the install. Thanks for the fantastic service and delivering a great customer experience.
