What's Included In Our Air Conditioner Tune-Ups?
Our annual maintenance visits are a comprehensive inspection and testing of system components on a central air conditioning unit. When we visit for a tune-up, we will check the following items.

- Full cleaning of AC unit with water
- Check capacitor for proper readings
- Check contactor for any signs of wear or voltage drop
- Check condenser fan motor for proper AMP draw
- Visual inspection of disconnect for proper fuses and breaker size
- Test internal condition of compressor with megaohm meter
- Test AMP draw on compressor
- Visual inspection of all wiring and connections in condenser
- Visual inspection or line-set insulation
- Visual inspection of UV wrap on line-set
- Make sure AC unit is level
- Visual inspection of blower wheel in furnace/ air handler
- Check blower motor AMP draw in furnace/ air handler
- Check and flush all drain lines if needed
- Visual inspection of evaporator coil above furnace/ air handler
- Visual inspection of ductwork
- Check refrigerant charge for proper sub-cool/ super heat
- Check thermostat operation (changing batteries is add'l charge)
- Check temperature split in-house
